How It Works
1.
Pre-Check
You send us your Commercial Invoice. We verify your EORI, HS-codes, and Importer of Record details before your pallet leaves your country.
2.
Inbound DDP
Your pallet is shipped Delivered Duty Paid. All import VAT and duties are settled before arrival. Your goods enter our facility pre-cleared.
3.
Processing
We receive your pre-packed boxes, each sealed in its final shipping carton and ready for a label. We apply EU shipping labels and hand over to our carrier network.
4.
Last-Mile Delivery
Your boxes travel at domestic EU rates with full track and trace. Your subscribers get a local delivery experience, not a customs bill.
DDP Customs Clearance Without the Confusion
You remain the Importer of Record, using your own EORI number. All import VAT and duties are cleared before your boxes reach our door. We never use our EORI for your shipments, and we never take ownership of your goods. We review your paperwork before dispatch, flagging potential issues with your EORI, HS-codes, and Importer of Record details. You remain in control, but we help you avoid the mistakes that cause delays and fines at the border.
Domestic EU Shipping Rates from Day One
Once your boxes are processed at our hub in Flanders, they enter the European carrier network as domestic shipments. This gives you access to local shipping rates, full track and trace visibility, and delivery times comparable to any EU-based business. Your subscribers in France, Germany, the Netherlands, and beyond enjoy a seamless, local experience.

We do not store inventory. Our model is built for the rhythm of a monthly subscription box. Every box that arrives already has a confirmed customer destination. We process and dispatch your boxes as soon as your data and payment are confirmed. No storage. No unnecessary delays. Just rapid turnaround, month after month. Pricing That Makes Sense
Our pricing is built around what we actually do: a per-box handling fee up to 5kg, a per-pallet intake fee for unloading and inspection, and shipping at domestic EU rates. No storage fees. Our no-warehousing model makes them irrelevant.
