What is included: Full parcel assembly, placement of up to 2 distinct stock items inside the carton, box sealing, and shipping label application.
Note: Final carrier shipping rates from Section 3 will be added to these assembly fees.
* Chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight (kg) or volumetric weight: (L × W × H in cm) / 4,000.
3. EU Shipping Rates
Carrier shipping costs are charged separately using our bulk distribution rates. Below is the baseline structure for standard parcel sizes and weights.

Rates are subject to monthly carrier fuel surcharges. We buffer minor fluctuations within our standard prices. Remote area surcharges may vary depending on final destination.

5. Operational Exceptions & Additional Charges
Our pricing assumes a smooth, standardized project flow. When a project encounters logistical exceptions or processing delays caused by incomplete data, data mapping issues, payment delays, customs issues, or other client-related operational delays, the following fees are applied:

Return Handling (RTS) | €5.00 per parcel | Covers the physical receipt, inspection, and logging of undeliverable parcels returned by the carrier. Note: Final carrier return freight costs are passed through 1-to-1. |
Address Corrections | €15.00 per occurrence | Surcharge passed through when a carrier must rectify a faulty delivery address whilst in transit. |
6. Core Business Rules & What We Do Not Provide
To maintain high execution speed and low operational overhead, our model has strict boundaries.
- Standard Minimum Project Volume: 250 units. Smaller projects may be accepted subject to operational review.
- Prepaid Execution: All estimated assembly, handling, and outbound shipping fees must be 100% prepaid prior to operational kickoff.
- No Warehousing: We do not offer permanent e-commerce fulfillment, daily individual order processing, or long-term inventory storage. Goods must leave our facility as part of the scheduled outbound project flow.
- Prohibited Goods: We do not accept beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), coffee, tea, tobacco or nicotine products, hazardous materials (ADR), perishable goods, temperature-controlled products, or any goods subject to excise duties, consumption taxes, or similar regulatory handling requirements.
- Compliance & Import: For non-EU origin projects, all inbound cargo must arrive DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The client remains the Shipper and Importer of Record at all times.
- Taxes: All listed rates are exclusive of VAT and subject to Belgian VAT regulations.
