Most corporate distribution projects do not start from a single warehouse. Your branded backpacks might come from Poland. Printed brochures arrive from the Netherlands. Packaging materials are supplied from Germany, while promotional products are sourced from an entirely different vendor.
Instead of coordinating separate outbound shipments across Europe yourself, everything is centralized through one scheduled operational flow. Products arrive at our Belgian hub in bulk. We organize the inbound intake, prepare each outbound parcel individually according to your campaign requirements, and distribute the project across Europe through one centralized outbound workflow.
This model is designed specifically for temporary, high-volume outbound campaigns. Not for long-term storage or ongoing ecommerce fulfillment.
Before suppliers ship products, we review the project structure together. We confirm parcel quantities, destination countries, timelines, sizes, and supplier count. Projects involving goods already within the EU are operationally simpler and allow for a broader range of product categories depending on carrier acceptance and the specific destination countries.
Before assembly begins, you provide recipient information using our standard shipping template. Validating the data early allows us to identify address errors in advance, calculate the final shipping scope, and finalize your operational project invoice before any physical handling starts.
Your suppliers ship the products in bulk to our Belgian hub. Deliveries must be scheduled in advance. For goods originating outside the EU, all customs formalities and Importer of Record responsibilities must be fully settled before arrival at our facility.
Upon arrival, we unload pallets, verify quantities, and inspect shipments. Products move through as part of a continuous campaign flow. We do not offer flexible storage. Leftover inventory is not held for future releases or ad-hoc shipments.
The project invoice must be settled before assembly begins. This allows us to reserve dedicated processing capacity, confirm carrier routing, and confirm your dispatch schedule, ensuring the project proceeds smoothly according to the agreed timeline.
Once products, data, and payment are confirmed, we prepare your outbound parcels. Depending on the campaign scope, this workflow includes parcel assembly, insert handling, product grouping, shipping label application, recipient matching, and fragile-item protection.
Completed parcels are injected directly into our EU carrier network from our Belgian hub. All parcels leave with full tracking included and enter our EU carrier network through one coordinated outbound workflow. The result is coordinated execution and scalable, multi-country distribution for your campaign.
Our model is specifically designed for structured outbound distribution projects with predefined recipient lists and scheduled dispatch timelines. All products entering the facility are expected to leave as part of the same coordinated campaign.
We do not provide regular B2C ecommerce fulfillment, daily order processing, or long-term inventory storage. Leftover campaign inventory is not retained for future releases or ongoing order management. Import compliance and Importer of Record responsibilities always remain with the client.
Tell us about your products, suppliers, estimated parcel count, and preferred timeline. We will review the operational scope of your campaign and respond within 24 hours with a structured project intake review and operational confirmation.
